1You must be 18 or older

Omegal is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or older where local law sets a higher age of majority — to use the service in any way. By using Omegal you confirm that you meet this requirement. We remove underage users as soon as we become aware of them, and we may end your session if we reasonably believe you don't meet the age bar.

2What Omegal provides

Omegal connects you with a random stranger for a live video, voice, or text chat. You can skip to the next person whenever you like, and they can do the same. Omegal is free to start. Opening matches cost nothing; longer or premium sessions may use coins. Coins are sold as one-time purchases — there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal of any kind. When your coins run out, the paid features simply pause until you decide to buy more.

3The rules of the room

Random video chat only works if people feel safe enough to stay. The following are not allowed on Omegal, on camera, in text, or in your profile:

• Nudity, sexual content, or sexual behavior of any kind
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or singling out other users
• Illegal activity, or encouraging anyone else toward it
• Recording, photographing, or re-publishing other users without their consent
• Spam, advertising, or funneling people to outside services
• Bots, scripts, or fake camera feeds

4How we enforce the rules

Anyone can report a chat partner in one tap, and reports are reviewed. Breaking the rules can get you skipped, temporarily blocked, or permanently banned, depending on how severe it is and whether you have done it before. Bans tied to serious violations — underage use, illegal content, credible threats — are final. If you believe a moderation decision was a mistake, email [email protected] and a human will take a second look.

5Your interactions are your own

You are talking to strangers, and we cannot control what they say or do. Don't hand out personal details — your surname, where you live, where you work, anything financial — to people you meet here. What another user shows or tells you is their responsibility; what you show and tell is yours. If someone makes you uncomfortable, skip immediately and report them.

6Disclaimers

Omegal is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular match will be a good one. To the maximum extent the law allows, Omegal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that follow from using the service or from dealings with people you meet on it.

7Changes and contact
